Every Munchkin Minders caregiver is carefully vetted before joining our service.
We review each caregiver’s childcare experience, check references, conduct thourough background screenings, and require current CPR and First Aid certification.
But we don’t simply assign a sitter to your family. You get to choose!
When you submit a childcare request, available Munchkin Minders caregivers can show interest in your job.
You’ll then be able to review the caregivers who are interested, including their:

- Experience
- Reviews
- Profile Information
You can choose the caregiver you feel is the best fit for your children and your family.

Create your Munchkin Minders family profile and provide the important information about your family.
You’ll include information such as your children’s ages, your contact information, and anything your caregiver should know about your children.
2. Request a Sitter
Submit your childcare request with the details of your job.
Share:
- Where you’re staying
- Your date and requested hours
- How many children need care
- Their ages
- Any special instructions or requests
3. Sitters Show Interest
Available Munchkin Minders caregivers can show interest in your request.
You’ll then be able to see which caregivers are interested in caring for your children.
4. Review Their Profiles
Take a look at the available caregivers.
You’ll be able to see their photo, bio, experience, reviews, and profile information.
5. Choose Your Sitter
You choose the caregiver you’d like to hire.
