We carefully screen each one of our ‘Minders’! We conduct a personal 1-2 hour face to face interview, verify their work experience, check 3-4 child care related references, complete a thorough background check*, and ensure that they have current CPR and First Aid certification. We strive to find the sitter or nanny who will be the best match for your particular needs. Our ‘Munchkin Minders’ are qualified and experienced and good at what they do. They are positive and upbeat people, coming from a variety of backgrounds. What they have in common is they absolutely LOVE kids!

Munchkin Minders will not recommend a sitter or nanny to you unless we would hire her to care for our own children.
*Background checks consist of a criminal background investigation, sex offender check, DMV history and Social security verification.
