How to Buy Your Bundle Bookings

1. Register HERE and log into your account.
2. Click the three lines (☰) in the top left corner of the page.
3. Scroll down and select “My Account.”
4. Go to the “Membership” section.
5. Click “Enroll Now.”
6. Choose the bundle package you’d like to purchase.

That’s it! You’re all set to start booking your sitters with your bundle.

Bundle Booking Terms

• All bundle bookings must be paid at the time of the first booking.
• Bookings must be used within one month of purchase.
• All bundled plans will auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Unused bookings will not transfer to the following month.
• All payments are processed with your credit card

Overnight Sitter Rates: 12 hours, 7pm-7am

• $175 per 12 hours
• Munchkins who sleep through the night

• Night Nanny Rates: $30hr
• Munchkins who need care through the night

Holiday Rates:

• Sitter’s hourly x 1/2

Applicable Holidays:

New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

*Additional Fees & Policies

Rush Fees:

• + $20 for bookings made with less than 12 hours’ notice

Interview Fee:

+ $35 for in person or video interview with your sitter

Specialty Care Fees:

• + $10 flat per child for special needs care
• + $10 flat per child for infants under 18 months or twins under 3 years
• + $10 flat per child for caring for a sick child with a contagious illness

Additional Fees

• +$10 for travel outside San Diego County, NC; Temecula, Pala, Murrieta, Menifee, Lakeside, Ramona, Fallbrook, and Valley Center
• + $10 for travel outside Henderson County & Buncombe, NC, and Brevard
• +$0.70 per mile if the sitter is required to transport children to/from activities

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. However, our sitters rely on these jobs for their income, and last-minute cancellations impact them significantly. These fees are non-negotiable.

• Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice: $100 charge
• Cancellations between 12-48 hours’ notice: $55 charge

We feel for you when your kids are sick, and we know how hard that is as parents. However, our sitters count on this work to cover their living expenses, so we must uphold these policies to support both families and caregivers.
